This Privacy Policy explains what personal information the Website collects, why, who receives it and what you can do about it.
Our key commitments
- We use what you write in an application only to consider it and to reply to you.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
- The Website loads no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- We collect only what we need to run the Website, consider applications and stay in touch with the people who apply.

2. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information when you:
- visit the Website;
- apply for a place in the club through the form on the Website; or
- write to us.
It does not cover how we process information once you become a client of the club: your agreement with us sets that out. It also does not govern third-party websites or services linked from the Website, such as Telegram, which have their own privacy notices.
3. Personal Information We Collect
We collect the information you give us in an application or a message, and some information automatically when you visit the Website.
3.1 Your Application
When you apply, the form sends us the name you give, your Telegram username or email address, a link to your app or website if you add one, what you write about what you want to discuss, the language of the page you applied from and the time of the application. Netlify, which hosts the Website, receives the application through its Netlify Forms service and stores it in our Netlify account.
Please do not put sensitive information, such as health data, or other people's personal details in an application.
3.2 Messages
If you write to us by email or on Telegram, we receive your email address or Telegram username, the content of your message and anything you attach.
3.3 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Website, your browser sends Netlify the technical details of each request, including your IP address, as every visit to a website does. The Website also counts visits with its own first-party analytics, described in Section 8.
4. Information We Do Not Collect
On the Website we do not:
- ask for your phone number, date of birth or payment details;
- collect your precise location;
- load cookies or scripts of advertising networks or social media platforms; or
- sell or rent personal information.
If the Website starts to collect a new category of information, we will update this Privacy Policy and ask for consent where required before collecting it.
5. How and Why We Use Personal Information
We use personal information only for the purposes below and only when we have a lawful basis. For people in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and other places with similar rules, each purpose names its basis under Article 6 of the GDPR.
- To consider your application, contact you about it and arrange a first call, we use your application. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interests in answering the people who apply.
- To answer your messages, we use what you send us. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interests in replying to people who contact us.
- To understand how the Website is used and improve it, we use the website analytics described in Section 8. Basis: our legitimate interests in running the Website.
- To keep the Website secure and filter out spam and abuse, we use request details and Netlify's spam check of form submissions. Basis: our legitimate interests in a safe Website.
- To comply with law and to establish or defend legal claims, we use the information relevant to the obligation or claim. Basis: legal obligation or our legitimate interests.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we weigh them against the impact on your rights. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning you.
6. How We Disclose Personal Information
We disclose personal information only as described below and only as far as reasonably necessary.
Service providers. Netlify hosts the Website, receives website requests, including IP addresses, receives and stores applications sent through the form, checks them for spam and runs the Website's analytics endpoint. Our email provider carries the email we exchange with you. Providers may process information only under contract and for the services they provide to us.
Telegram. If you give us a Telegram username, we may write to you on Telegram. Telegram processes those messages as its own controller, under its own privacy policy.
Professional advisers. We may disclose limited information to lawyers, auditors, insurers, accountants and security specialists subject to confidentiality obligations.
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with a binding legal obligation, court order or valid government request; detect or prevent fraud or security incidents; or protect the rights, safety and property of the people who use the Website, the public or the Company. We review requests for legal validity, scope and jurisdiction and seek to disclose only what is legally required.
Corporate transactions. Information may be disclosed in connection with due diligence, financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards. A successor may use personal information only consistently with this Privacy Policy unless it gives notice and obtains any required consent.
We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked to you.
7. Sale, Sharing, and Advertising
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising. The Website loads no advertising or third-party tracking scripts.
8. The Website, Cookies, and Analytics
The Website is hosted by Netlify. It counts visits with its own first-party analytics. It stores a random identifier in your browser's local storage and a visit identifier in session storage, and records the pages you view, how far you scroll, the site language, the page that referred you and any campaign parameters in the address. Our server adds your IP address and country before passing these events to our analytics service. The Website loads no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
If you choose a language with the language switcher, the Website remembers your choice in your browser's local storage.
In the EEA, the United Kingdom and some U.S. states, the Website shows a cookie banner. It stores your choice in a cookie named tshaped_cookie_choice for up to one year.
You can remove the identifiers by clearing your browser's data for the Website. The Website does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because no uniform standard applies.
9. Data Storage and International Transfers
Applications and website data are stored by Netlify and our other service providers, which operate in the United States and other countries.
If personal information is transferred from the EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland to a country that has not been recognized as providing an adequate level of protection, we use an approved transfer mechanism where required, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Agreement, or another lawful safeguard. We also assess supplementary technical and organizational measures where appropriate.
You may request information about the relevant transfer safeguard by contacting club@tshapedapps.com.
10. How Long We Retain Information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to consider applications, honor your choices, maintain security, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations.
In particular:
- Applications are kept while we consider them and stay in touch with you about them, and are deleted no later than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client of the club.
- If you become a client, your application becomes part of our client records and is kept for as long as your agreement and the law require.
- Messages are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, document the outcome, handle a dispute or comply with law.
- Your cookie banner choice is kept in your browser for up to one year.
11. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. They include encryption in transit between your browser and the Website, and access to applications limited to the people on our team who handle them.
No system is completely secure. Please tell us at club@tshapedapps.com if you believe your information has been compromised.
If a breach occurs, we will investigate and give notice to affected individuals, regulators or others when required by applicable law.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may have the right to:
- obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal information and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of personal information, including withdrawing your application;
- restrict processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive information you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller where technically feasible;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing; and
- lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise a right, contact club@tshapedapps.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm that the data concerns you, such as the contact you gave in your application. We will respond without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law, generally one month under the GDPR, subject to a permitted extension for complex or numerous requests.
You may complain to the supervisory authority in the country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. The supervisory authority for the Company in Cyprus is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, 15 Kypranoros Street, 1061 Nicosia, Cyprus; https://www.dataprotection.gov.cy.
13. Children
The Website and the club are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us an application, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may link to third-party content or services, such as Telegram. We do not control those third parties' privacy or security practices. Review their notices before providing information. Linking to a service does not mean that we endorse its privacy practices.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Website, our data practices or applicable law. We will post the updated policy and revise the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information or reduces your rights, we will give additional notice on the Website and ask for consent where required.
